Matt Minahan Building the Future of OD
Matt is one of the organizers of From the Founders to the Future: A Gathering to Build OD for Tomorrow’s World, a series of 3-day gatherings of almost 300 people over 3 years to look back at the roots of the field of OD and to anticipate what the world and the field might look like and prepare for in the future. Four Circles of Work generated a research-based set of OD values for the future, a consensus-based definition of OD for the future, a vision for the field of OD and the critical needs to be addressed, and the capabilities needed in the practice of OD in the future. Matt will speak to the results of The Gathering and the process which generated them and will welcome questions and conversations about them.
