After graduating, he went on to work at PayPal and McKinsey, building his career in the US. But previously, as a lawyer, Michael was always frustrated by missed calls, repetitive intake, and back-and-forth coordination. And later as a client, he faced endless voicemails, late responses, and the stress of not knowing if his issue was being handled. He realized the problem was operations. This led to Clerx AI, an AI-powered, bilingual intake and receptionist platform for law firms.
