In Britain tea is often paired with a biscuit, or two. But when we can be bothered to make the effort we know there’s nothing quite like a crunchy, chewy, buttery, sweet, with a hint of salt, flapjack. After this episode you’ll see how easy they are to make and hopefully you’ll make this yourself. Enjoy Ingredients (for 15”x11” baking tray)* Butter 300g Brown sugar 200g Golden syrup 110g Oats 350g *these flapjacks were 1cm thick which for me created the right balance between crunchy and chewy.
