Keynote title: It is time to have world wide collaboration in creating a truly secure internet The Forum, on the theme of "Building Consensus for a Closer Partnership in Cybersecurity" took place on September 27 in Gongyin Hall at Floor 3 of the Waterside Resort in Wuzhen, Zhejiang Province. The Forum was honored by the (tele)presence of Internet Hall of Fame Inductees, heads of international organizations and well-known enterprises who are expected to share their experience and best practices through 4 keynote sessions: "International Cooperation in the Digital Era", "Cooperation in Emergency Response in the Time of COVID-19", "Stronger Protection of Critical Information Infrastructure" and "Trusted and Collective Governance of the Cyber Space". Apart from that, two panels were organized for discussions of the latest cybersecurity development trends, policies and strategies, technological opportunities and challenges as well as international cooperation and its prospects, in pursuit of a respectful, open, inclusive and win-win cyber cooperation landscape.
