Transferring the K axes from Pre cataract surgery work ups to the surgical table needs to be extremely accurate. The present Toric markers are large & do not suit the smaller eyes, touches lids and incompatible for no injection modern Cataract or LRI surgeries, and most importantly, cannot be centered to the visual axis. Epsilon designed this fro me, and appears to be very handy, accurate and elegant. The recognition of the axis marks is made very easy. It is a small instrument, and is ergonomical. The small handle with a short bridge, attached at 30 degrees, does not obstruct marking on commoner horizontal and vertical meridians. An innovative technique of marking with tip of a 28 G cannula is illustrated.
