My experience at the Indian Institute of Remote Sensing (IIRS) in Dehradun for the ISRO Yuvika program was truly unforgettable. Set in the beautiful campus of Vigyan Dham, I was immersed in a world of scientific learning and exploration. The program covered a range of fascinating topics including the Chandrayaan-3 mission and the Pragyan rover, offering deep insights into the technologies and scientific principles behind these groundbreaking projects. One of the highlights was our session on rocket science, where we learned about the mechanics of launching rockets. The hands-on activity of building and launching water rockets was particularly exciting, bringing theoretical knowledge to life in a fun and engaging way. Apart from the academic rigor, the program also ensured we stayed physically and mentally fit. Yoga sessions were a refreshing start to our days, helping us stay energized and focused. The weekends were just as enriching, with a memorable trek to the Mussoorie hills, where the stunning views and the camaraderie among participants made it an experience to cherish. We also visited the Forest Research Institute (FRI), gaining insights into various aspects of forestry and environmental conservation. Evenings were filled with relaxation and bonding over movie nights, creating a perfect balance between learning and leisure. The ISRO Yuvika program at IIRS Dehradun was more than just an educational experience; it was a journey of personal growth, scientific discovery, and lasting friendships. The knowledge gained, particularly about space missions like Chandrayaan-3 and practical experiences like rocket launching, has left a lasting impact on my aspirations and understanding of space science.🚀🌠 for intro credit goes to deepanshu (flute background music) for editing credit goes to Akshara sudan outro video credit goes to adeel bhai for sources of photo and videos credit goes to everyone specially to ritesh shailshree arbaaz and akshara gupta thenku everyone thenku
