Two years ago I bought a resin T-1000 claw and thought the world of it. But even fanmade collectibles have better versions. Check out my new full aluminium T-1000 claw, made by talented machinist R B Replicas. He also made/makes other a full aluminium Terminator replicas, of which I hope several will follow. I passed up on a CPU flask the other day, stupid me. This video shows the difference between the two claws. I still like them both. The resin version weighs 303 grams, whilst its aluminium counterpart is almost double, at 577 grams. Its real metal feel, weight, reflections and cold touch... make it look the part. Some fans think that since it is aluminium, it should be possible to sharpen the tip, to make it even more authentic. But I'm affraid I'd damage it, so it already looks nice as is. To be decided... unless an even better version crossed my path.
