Spice up your dinner routine with our Italian Sausage Capellini Pasta recipe! This dish is a must-try for all the spicy food lovers out there. Watch as we combine the bold flavors of Capital Hot Italian Sausage, sweet red bell pepper, garlic, and shallots to create a sizzling masterpiece that is REALLY easy to make. Here is how to make Capellini Pasta at home: Ingredients: ◦ 2 Links, Capital Hot Italian Sausage ◦ 5 Tbsp, Olive Oil ◦ 1 Whole, Sweet Red Bell Pepper ◦ 2 Small, Shallot ◦ 1 Head, Garlic ◦ 2/3 lb, Capellini Pasta ◦ 2 Tsp, Coarse Sea Salt ◦ 1/2 Whole, Beefsteak Tomato ◦ Italian Parsley - To taste ◦ Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese - To taste 1. Set a pot of water to boil with salt added. 2. Add olive to a medium-high heat pan, and brown two Capital Italian Sausage links on all sides. 3. Remove the sausage when browned and easy to slice, then slice into medallions once cool enough to handle. 4. Saute some sliced sweet red bell pepper in the olive oil and Italian Sausage juices. After a few minutes, add in finely chopped garlic, and shallot. Saute until fragrant. 5. Return the Capital Italian Sausage to the pan and sear with the veggies until fully cooked. 6. Add 2/3rd pack of Capellini pasta to the pot of boiling water. 7. Add fresh diced tomato to the pan with the sausage and veggies, and let the tomato soften. 8. When the pasta is cooked, remove it from the pot and add it to the pan of sausage and veggies directly. Mix to combine and add in a splash or two of pasta water as necessary to make sure the dish is not dry. 9. Top with parmigiano-reggiano cheese and serve. NOTE: The salt in this dish comes exclusively from the Italian Sausage, and the pasta water. Make sure you taste as you go, and add salt to the dish -------------------------------------- 👍 If you enjoyed this video, don't forget to Like it and leave a comment.
