"I like wordplay. Mashing words together to make something new or a series of words that sound similar to create an interesting title has been something I’ve always gravitated towards and employed. I’m not claiming to be a master wordsmith - I just do what I think is cool and that’s all that really matters to me. So the day my brain took the words “ Human” & “Anarchy” and realized they had letters that connected them, it inspired the idea for the track. I think the lyrics are self eplanatory or “Selfplanantory” (Uh, wait… That didn’t work. Scratch that one.) Either way, the concept of human anarchy hasn’t been displayed more blatantly in my lifetime than the times we are living in right now. Wars, political disparity and unbridled hatred (usually coming from the people that claim “tolerance, equality & love” to be their core tenets) has really made this song more relevant today than when I wrote it 10 years ago. The world is insane - welcome to Humanarchy." — Klayton Purchase/Stream: https://link.fixtmusic.com/Humanarchy... Think we know who we are And that we've come so far Our arrogance, our scar Misanthropy The price of all we take Destruction of all we break The lives that we forsake Humanarchy Humanarchy In warlike fashion Make our defense Human compassion Our great pretense Strong prey on weakness With no empathy So much for meekness Humanarchy Humanarchy "You've been listening to the wrong people" "Will it be tragedy, or hope?"
