Cannondale Lefty goes to Camp!

I did something totally outside my comfort zone. The first weekend of August Lefty and I went to a women's gravel camp at the TrailHouse VT located in Poultney, VT. I signed up in hopes to learn or relearn skills on the bike. Little did I know how much fun I was going to have. I met the most amazing ladies who all have a love of all things bike like I do. We had coaches teaching us important skills, leading rides, and the food..was out of this world amazing! The trails, roads and mountains we tackled, I don't think I would have pushed myself as hard if not for being in a group of encouraging women. It was a weekend of firsts for me, camping in a tent, riding trails I never thought I would, going to a camp for a whole weekend without knowing anyone. It was confidence building for sure and it was a blast!!
