Video bagha aani tumhala hee ashi ekhadi recipe share karaychi asel tar mazya channel la subscribe kara. :) STUFFED POMFRET RECIPE - INGREDIENTS - 1 pomfret FOR MARINATION salt to taste 1 tsp ginger-garlic-coriander paste 1/2 lemon juice 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp any homemade red masala FOR STUFFING 1 tbsp oil 1 tbsp crushed garlic 1/2 inch crushed ginger 1 green chilli chopped 1 onion, finely chopped 1/2 tsp any homemade red masala 1/4 tsp turmeric powder salt to taste 1 tomato, finely chopped 3-4 tsp fresh coconut, grated 1/4 tsp dhaniya-jeera (coriander-cumin seed powder) 1/4 tsp garam masala coriander leaves, handful oil for shallow frying METHOD - 1) Cut & clean the pomfret as shown in the video. Then wash it thoroughly. 2) For marination, apply salt, ginger-garlic-coriander paste & lemon juice. Apply well on both the sides as well as insides of the fish. 3) Now add turmeric powder & homemade red masala and again apply well on the outside and insides of the fish. 4) Now keep the fish aside for marinating for 15-20 mins. 5) In the meantime, prepare the stuffing. For that, heat a pan on medium flame and add oil to it. 6) Once the oil is hot, add crushed garlic & crushed ginger. Saute a bit and add chopped green chilli. 7) Add chopped onion and saute a bit. As onion changes color, add homemade red masala, turmeric powder, salt to taste and saute well. 8) Now add finely chopped tomato. Saute it till the mixture dries a bit. 9) Then add grated fresh coconut and mix well. Add coriander-cumin seed powder, garam masala and again mix well. 10) Add coriander leaves and give it a final mix. 11) As the stuffing mixture cools down, add it to the pockets made inside the fish. 12) On a flat pan, heat some oil for shallow frying. Now carefully place the stuffed pomfret on the pan and fry it well from both the sides by flipping it slowly in between. 13) Serve it hot with your choice of accompaniments.
