Multiple configurations are available to provide customized solutions for operations in austere environments. HELIBOARD is a portable helipad developed and manufactured by OOHASHI Co., LTD., of Japan. The Heliboard is composed of multiple Repy Boards®, our plastic floor plates made from recycled polyethylene. Repy Boards® are lightweight and provide a long service life due to their ruggedness, UV resistance, and non-corrosive construction. The HELIBOARD portable helicopter landing pad provides key mission-critical advantages for users: • Durable: Supports landing and take-off operations of helicopters weighing up to 80MT • Lightweight: Composed of multiple Repy Boards® weighing only 34Kg each and can be hand-carried and installed without the need for heavy equipment • Versatile: Large surface area enables flexible installation on various surface conditions such as sand, gravel, and muddy fields • Functional: Dimensions and layouts can be easily modified to support individual customer requirements Repy Boards® can be used in place of steel floor plates at austere operating locations to provide temporary roads and parking areas for heavy vehicles and small aircraft. Unlike steel, Repy Boards® don’t make loud noise, don’t rust or corrode, are lighter to handle, and require no special heavy machinery to transport and install. A field-proven system, Repy Boards® enable mission success in the most challenging operating environments. The Japan Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism rely on Repy Boards® in demanding and difficult terrain and weather conditions.
