In this video, I'm showing you my process for creating custom mini chocolate bars using Callebaut and butterscotch chips. You can also use candy melts or tint chocolate/melts with gel colouring and customize your colours! Whether you're a cake or cupcake artist looking to level up your creations or just love working with chocolate, this tutorial is for you. These are fun, tasty and totally customizable. BOUNS These can be made in advance and stored in an airtight container until you're ready to apply them to your cake or cupcakes. Proper storage and quality chocolate is key for longevity. Store them in an airtight container in a cool, dry, dark place. Avoid refrigeration as it may compromise the texture and taste.
