A short film me and some colleagues put together many years ago, in 2013, at a time when the massive South African nuclear procurement and expansion project seemed dangerously imminent. Now, six years later, after a few victories for the anti-nuclear movement in South Africa, the South African government appears to be intent on continuing with their nuclear power expansion plans, despite its obvious harms and despite the many years of opposition by civil society and concerned citizens across the board. We felt that this film, with the voice and image of young Marzia Barry, is as relevant today as it was six years ago. Nuclear power? No gracias!
