We just got brand new leaks about Evanescia and Silver Wolf SP, and they reveal a lot more about how the Elation teams might actually work in Honkai: Star Rail 4.2. Evanescia’s gameplay seems heavily focused on stacking mechanics through follow-ups, extra turns and Aha Instants, with the ability to snowball fights by restoring energy and gaining extra actions after executing enemies. Silver Wolf SP on the other hand looks much more complex. Her transformation state is powered by Punchlines generated from Aha Instants, and her dragon automatically follows up depending on the type of attack she performs. But the most interesting part might actually be a future character leak. According to sources, an upcoming unit may be able to copy Ultimates when certain conditions are met, and this character could become a core teammate for both Evanescia and Silver Wolf SP. If the rumors are true, that character might be Nihilux, which could make the Elation archetype even more chaotic with copied actions, Aha Instants and stacked mechanics. Of course these are early leaks and things can still change during beta, but the direction Hoyoverse seems to be taking with the Elation path is starting to look really interesting.
