Learn Resin ABCD with Ume-Sarim | Simple & Fun Resin Art for Starters @Bloominresin-umesarim Join me as I dive into the world of resin art and challenge myself to create a stunning piece from scratch with Ume Sarim! Hi everyone, I'm Ume Sarim, and I'm super excited to share my passion for resin art with you today. If you're new to resin art, don't worry, I've got you covered. In this video, we'll be going through the basics, and I'll be sharing some tips and tricks to help you get started. By the end of this video, you'll have a good understanding of the process, and you'll be able to create your own beautiful resin art pieces. One of the biggest challenges beginners face in resin art is getting the mixing ratios right. You see, resin and hardener need to be mixed in a specific ratio, or your piece might not cure properly. Another common issue is avoiding bubbles. Those pesky little bubbles can ruin an otherwise beautiful piece. And then there's the issue of color. Choosing the right colors and getting them to blend smoothly can be a bit tricky. To avoid bubbles, it's essential to mix your resin and hardener slowly and carefully. You should also make sure your mold is clean and dry before pouring in the resin. And if you do notice any bubbles, don't panic! You can use a heat gun or a toothpick to remove them. Color is another crucial aspect of resin art. You can use pigments, powders, or even glitters to add color to your piece. The key is to experiment and find the right combination that works for you. I've had my fair share of trial and errors, but that's all part of the process, right? As I pour the resin into the mold, I'll make sure to move it around to get rid of any bubbles. You can use a heat gun or a toothpick to remove any bubbles that form. I'll also add some glitter to give it a bit of sparkle. Next, I'll let it cure for a few hours. The curing time depends on the type of resin you're using, so make sure to check the instructions. Once it's cured, I'll take it out of the mold and sand it down to smooth out any rough edges. Finally, I'll add a coat of varnish to protect it and give it a glossy finish. And that's it! With a bit of patience and practice, you can create your own stunning resin art pieces. And here's the final piece! I'm absolutely thrilled with how it turned out. The colors blended beautifully, and the glitter adds a lovely touch. I used a combination of techniques to achieve this look, including layering and scraping. The key to resin art is experimentation and patience. Don't be discouraged if your first piece doesn't turn out as expected. Keep practicing, and you'll soon get the hang of it. Thanks for joining me on this resin art journey, everyone!
