AI-powered leadership involves developing the skills to understand, strategically implement, and ethically manage artificial intelligence to drive business outcomes, enhance decision-making, and foster innovation. Effective AI-powered leaders harness data-driven insights to enhance performance, foster innovation, personalize customer and employee experiences, and ensure responsible use of emerging technologies. AI-powered leadership is not just technical—it’s strategic, ethical, and human-centered. This timely and informative session will look at what is AI? How does it work, what are some biases associated with AI, and what are some AI prompts, tools and approaches that can best help facilitate effective leadership? We will also explore situations where using AI might not be the best approach. Participants will learn why AI should be seen as a co-leader, not a replacement for leadership. It enhances vision but doesn't define it.
