Mazda MX-5 - the World Car of the Year 2016 award winner - is all about fun: front engine, rear-wheel drive, two seats in the middle, and a rag top, which you can fold in a couple of seconds. No wonder MX-5/Miata is the best-selling roadster with around 1 million examples sold worldwide. The Japanese took a classic British roadster concept, and made it reliable. How does the fourth generation Mazda MX-5 compare to the previous models? It's definitely smaller and lighter, than the third generation, which I happen to own. MX-5 ND is capturing the spirit of the original NA. But is just a fun toy, or is the MX-5 an everyday car?
