In this video report, our manager Julie will talk about a promising luxury-class “city” currently under construction in the south of Tenerife, in Adeje — Rokabella. New residential complexes have already been built here, including luxury villas, luxury apartments, and townhouses. The location is extremely attractive. Rokabella is an area of 198,510 square meters, with access from the TF-47 road, sloping downward toward the sea over a linear distance of 300 meters. The first phase of the residential development project includes access roads and internal distribution roads, a pedestrian promenade, and two landscaped green areas. One of them features a children’s playground, while the other is located in the lower part, by the sea, with terraced gardens along one side of the pedestrian walkway. Everything is designed with a contemporary concept, where every detail is carefully considered — from the roads and sidewalks to urban furniture and children’s play areas — with a clear differentiation of space usage for both vehicle traffic and pedestrian areas.
