It will be located off River Road in the community of Veramendi. Veramendi is approximately 2400 acres of mixed-use development. There are many more years of building in there to come. The new Del Webb is going to be opening within a year. There will be 700+/- homes, it will have river access, and a $12 million dollar amenity center. Pulte had told us originally that lots were to be released at the beginning of 2025 but because of delays with permits, it is looking like it might be closer to the summer of 2025. The model park has not started construction yet and that needs to be built first. I also just learned that some of the floorplans from Sun City in Georgetown will be used in this community.
