Inspiring Parents, In this video, I have tried to display some challenging and some easy fine motor skill development activities that I did with my 20-month-old toddler girl. However these activities can be done with a toddlers of age 15 months old toddlers, 18 months old toddlers and 24 months old toddler. While doing fine motor skill development activities toddlers have to do some actions such as grasping, shaking, turning, pushing, pulling, poking, and putting together which help develop their hand muscles, hand-Eye coordination and overall concentration. Fine motor skills we use while we perform our daily activities as well as when we do educational activities such as writing. Therefore, it is very important to do fine motor activities with our little ones. Many of these activities are practical life activities such as spooning, hammering, and putting lid on a box. To set up these activities I mostly used kitchen and home supplies such as straws, yogurt boxes and easily available toys such as balls, cars, rigs which makes these activities almost of no cost. So, we don’t have to spend a lot of money to arrange these activities. Also, it is easy to entertain your baby, toddlers and preschoolers easily at home with these activities.
