Adventure Bay at Adventureland in Altoona, Iowa offers a full water park experience as part of the larger park. This video provides an overview of the park, including a pan of the grounds, the Kokomo Kove area with smaller slides, and the tower tub slides. We also explore some of the faster racing slides — though some rides were tricky to film while using the mats. Adventure Bay is well-sized for a full day of water park fun, not too big or too small, and perfect for warm weather visits. The first part of this video was filmed on the park’s opening weekend in June 2021, with fewer visitors due to cooler temperatures. The last slide footage was recorded the following weekend.
