Process the flour until combined then add in the milk. When the dough forms, transfer it onto a work surface and roll out the crust. Lined the dough into a springform pan (I’m using an 8in springform pan). Pricked the bottom of the crust with a fork and place it in the fridge/freezer for 15-20 minutes. For the cheesecake, mix together cream cheese, milk, butter, cornstarch, vanilla extract, and sugar. Place a layer of mandarin over the crust. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and first layer of mandarin. Add another of mandarin on top of the cheesecake. For the streusel, combine flour, brown sugar, and butter. It should have a crumble texture. Sprinkle it evenly on top of the cheesecake. Bake it for about 1 hour. Cool completely at room temperature before transferring it to the fridge to set overnight.
