About Did We Meet Somewhere Before: Did We Meet Somewhere Before was recorded with Wings Mark III a few months after the release of London Town (though Laurence Juber and Steve Holley were not officially members at this point). It was just one song commissioned and rejected by director Warren Beatty for the 1978 film Heaven Can Wait. A small portion of the track appeared in Rock 'n' Roll High School a year later, but it did not appear on the movie's soundtrack. Did We Meet Somewhere Before was on most tracklists of Cold Cuts before the album was scrapped in the late '80s. Rarities is an album compiled and sequenced by me of over 30 Paul McCartney tracks currently unavailable for download or streaming. Some of the tracks have been officially released over the years but are scarcely available, while others have never been officially released in any capacity. Each track has been mixed by me. Note that this is not a comprehensive collection of all unreleased or rare McCartney tracks.
