Three years ago, I thought I was a genius. I built a "perfect" automation platform for coaches. It was technically flawless, integrated with everything, and looked beautiful. I spent six months and $7,000 (₹6 Lakhs) of my own money building it. Number of sales I made? Zero. I made the classic founder mistake: I built a solution for a problem I hadn't verified. I was in love with my idea, but the market didn't care. In this video, I’m breaking down the exact system I use now to ensure every offer I build is pre-validated by the market before I spend a single dollar on development. THE 4 MARKET VALIDATION QUESTIONS As promised in the video, here are the questions you need to ask at least 30–900 people before you build your product: 1. The "Entry Point" Question "What made you start following [Competitor/Leader] in the first place? Was there a specific problem you were trying to solve?" Goal: Identify the raw pain point that triggers a buying decision. 2. The "Trust" Question "There are a lot of people teaching this. What made their specific approach or brand resonate with you more than others?" Goal: Understand the "Messaging Pillars" that build authority in your niche. 3. The "Identity" Question "If this goes exactly the way you want, where do you see your life/business in 2 years? What does success actually look like?" Goal: Find the deep, emotional "Identity Shift" they are actually buying. 4. The "Gap" Question "Is there anything missing from what they teach or provide that would make your journey faster or easier?" Goal: This is your product roadmap. This is where you find the market gap you will fill. THE 30-COMPETITOR AUDIT (The 10-10-10 Rule) Don't guess who your audience is. Go where they already are. 10 Top-Tier Leaders: The "Godfathers" of your niche. 10 Mid-Tier Players: Established operators. 10 Up-and-Comers: People 1-2 steps ahead of you. The Math of Certainty: Talk to 30 people a day. That’s 900 conversations a month. If you know the exact desires of 900 people, it is mathematically impossible to build a product that fails.
