I should say that I have tested my 89x89 tops for shear strength and lateral strength and because ours are made from 8mm plate steel and the threaded pin is 33mm OD, they seam to be a lot stronger than the Level Master (our biggest competitor) equivalent screw on type. I can also make the 75x75mm in the smaller plate size of 8mm and smaller threaded pin size of 30mm OD   In fact I have done tests with my quick bolt on system for the Level Pro stump adjustors (4 x 12mm bolts that can be screwed in without the need to drill holes in the post) and shown them to hold more than 7 tonnes of up wards lifting force before the bolts are literally dragged though the steel. That was tested on 3mm thick steel posts and so if your posts are thicker than that the tops would test higher than that. The good thing about this system is that when it fails, the bolts are still holding on, unlike tech screws that hold nothing after they shear off.   By contrast the Level Master screw on version shears the tech screws off at about 400kg per screw and their actual design specification says they are rated for just over 1000 kgs. Screw on tops are well known to break with the normal working or movement of the house over time.   On the lateral testing I have done at the full 150mm extension height the 33mm OD pins bent at about 1.25 tonnes. At 100mm extension the 33mm OD pin bent at 2.5 tonnes and at 50mm extension the pin did not bent before 3.5 tonnes but it broke my testing device. I have video of these tests if you want to see them.     I am keen to work with other companies and my factory here can make all kinds of products. So if you have any other products you want just run it by me and we will see how we go.    To Prepare your quote I just need to know what design but I have quoted you below with my design just so you have a idea of pricing in Vietnam.  We can Custom make them on request. Adjustable stump top as specified below   1 - To suit - 90mm x 90mm RHS Post - this is the bolt on adjuster   2 - All Made with 6mm plate steel - MIG Welded, punched and bent to requirements.   3 - Using the standard 33 mm OD Threaded pin with 2 nuts to suit 50mm spanner and one large 5mm thick extra large washer.   4 - Holes in top - 2 x 13mm in 10mm steel plate to suit couch bolt holes in the top "Tee" part to fix them to timber joist. Right angle and custom tops available on request.   5 - My custom bolt on design and 4 appropriate bolts and locking washers.   6 - Hot Dipped Galvanised and spun. The threads for the big nut should be able to be hand adjusted or spin easily.   7 - MOQ Pricing - I do not have a MOQ as such but you will pay more for lower quantities    8 - I have based this price on the 500 units. Just so you know there is room for about another 5% discount if you order more than 2000 units at a time.
