This recipe works with pasta maker attachment (tested with KitchenAid) or pasta maker machine. How to make bamboo baking flour:    • Bamboo Baking Flour -How To Make It? Keto,...   Full Recipe (for 4 servings) 90g bamboo baking flour (72g bamboo fiber and 18g powdered whole psyllium husk) 30g corn starch 1/2 tsp salt 4 large eggs Steps: Measure the dry ingredients (for 4 servings): 90g of bamboo baking flour (72g of bamboo fiber and 18g of powdered whole psyllium husk), 30g of corn starch, 1/2 tsp of salt. Place the dry ingredients into a mixing bowl and add 4 large eggs to them. Fold everything together with your hands or an electric mixer until it begins to come together (for a few minutes). If you have pasta maker machine, you can use it. The machine automatically mixes, kneads, and extrudes whatever shaped pastas you choose in minutes. The next step is shaping. For this process I use a pasta making attachment for my stand mixer and an oiled tray (oil prevents the pasta from sticking to the tray). This bamboo fiber pasta works like wheat pasta. You can dry it, freeze it or cook it immediately. Cooking time for fresh pasta is about 2 minutes, for dried pasta about 10 minutes. (depending on the shapes). It is just as delicious as pasta made from wheat. One serving of this pasta has about 7g of net carbohydrate.
