There is Only One Light Rail. Beware of Cheaply Made Copycat Products

No, this is not a real Light Rail, of course. Check out the flammability test and spoiler alert, it's going to burn. This is a copycat product with counterfeit electrical ratings, cheap components, flammable parts and no electrical grounding. It's dangerous on multiple fronts. Some have fake electrical ratings and some come with no electrical ratings. Authentic electrical ratings are earned, and genuine LightRails have these electrical certifications: C CSA US or CE, and flammability ratings UL 5 VB, and are RoHS compliant. Light Rail runs at a safe 85 degrees F with a flame retardant electrical enclosure, as it should be, and these are safety standards unique to the Light Rail brand. In addition, only Light Rail performs over many years like a workhorse with the power and endurance for any light at any weight. Beware of cheaply made imitations. These were a few test buys we (Gualala Robotics) did on Amazon and eBay, and as the manufacturer of genuine Light Rail grow light movers, we were horrified at these copycat products' testing results. And, they are all the same. There might be multiple copycat light mover eBay listings live at any given time, but they are identical and all sourced out of the same Chinese factory. Then, beyond the danger of these cheaply made import products, we have this. Price versus value. You might be paying less for the copycat product, but there is no value in them, only worry. Also to the point of value, the copycat products may last a few months to a year whereas a real LightRail is a work horse of a product with many years and up to a decade or more of continuous use before they might come into our service department, located in-house and in the USA.
