It will take about 10 minutes to assemble 4.Add the vanilla essence and the red kitchen food coloring *I’m gonna use half (pink colour) Mix for another 5 minutes 5.It should have a velvety consistency Sift the flours and add little by little. Mix from top to bottom with a spatula 6.Take 600 g of the dough and put in a baking tray. Cook in a fan oven at 170 for 10-12 minutes 7.Let it cool for 5 minutes. Cover with a baking paper and turn upside down. Gently remove the pan and roll up the cake. Close with a ribbon 8.Allow to cool completely. Store in the fridge/ freezer and take out when ready to use it 9.The rest of the dough put in a mini silicon cake and cook in a fan oven at 190 for 15 minutes You can decorate with frosting or enjoy it simple *Very soft and spongy 😋 10.Mix with whisks the soft margarine and add the powdered sugar a little at a time 11.Add the vanilla essence. It will take 10 minutes to assemble 12.Add the philadelphia cheese a little at a time and with a spatula you can remove lumps 13.Take the roll and unroll gently Soak the agricanth liqueur and put a layer of cream. Level 14.Roll the cake and wrap with paper. Rest in the freezer for 10 minutes 15.Put the rest of the cream in a piping bag 16.Put the cake in a plate and decorate with the cream.
