First step to fillup the acids in acid storage as per the proportion subject to the raw metal with help of the pumps connected. Hence, please switch on the Compressor for operating the acid filling pumps. Aqua Regia process (3 parts of HCl and 1 part of Nitric Acid ) 2. Next put the raw gold / metal - it would be in any form granules/melted liquid/old jewellery in the reaction vessel which is made up of TITANIUM. 3. Further, this raw gold / metal goes under reaction with HCL n nitric acid which converts gold totally in liquid form. Reaction time depends on the weight of raw metal. For eg. if the Raw Metal is 1 Kg then reaction time required will be approx. 1.5 hours. 4. After completion of this process all the other metals mixed in the Raw Metal (eg. Silver, Iradium, Ruthenium etc. is strained in the filtration vessel after which the Gold Liquid is transferred to the Glass PPT for precipitation with the help of the pump. 5. Now with the help of precipitation reagent, extraction of pure gold metal is done in the glass PPT by continuous stirring the solution in it. After completing this process the liquid is drained in the filtration vessel where the refined gold powder is cemented which is in Brown Colour Powder form. 6. After proper washing and cleaning, the refined gold powder is dried. Dried powder should be melted and the solid form of pure refined gold metal is sent for purity testing. Refined gold purity is 999+.
