August 9, 2022, I had told a State Trooper to go do his job, when I was in flip flops, shorts, a t-shirt, with my arms out in front of me on the concrete median, when he had someone pulled over on the highway in his car, beyond 50ft away, and he told me to leave, an I complied. August 12, 2022, I was returning from errands, and waiting for my mother to be discharged from the hospital, because she had just got out of surgery, due to a 4.9/5.0 aneurysm in her pelvis, that I had to take care of working 16-20 hour days at Uber. Which before I digress, again, I was returning to pick her up, I saw another State Trooper have someone pulled over, I didn't stop, but kept driving never slowing down, going the speed limit rolling my window down, an as I drove by, I yelled fucking faggot at the State Trooper. They ran to their car pulled me over, ripped me out of the car, put me in cuffs and didn't even read me my Miranda Rights. I was incarcerated and charged with Obstruction, Resist and Delay, (a misdemeanor) from August 12, 2022-September 15, 2022, my bond was 6,000$ and were using my speed tickets, and my social media posts as a reasoning to detain me, when I made a post stating that if I lose my license due to speeding tickets, (Obviously if I stopped speeding, but was just venting my opinion on social media) I may not be able to save a woman from being catfished and having no ride back because she Ubered, which did happen to one of my passengers that I picked up, who was in fear of her life. But either way, had nothing to pertain to the incident on August 9, 2022, but lead to my 6,000$ bond until I saw the judge and then was 600$ and the bond people didn't answer, nor care. I was incarcerated from August 12, 2022-September 15, 2022 until I was released on time served, as the courts tried to dictate my unalienable Constitutional 1st Amendment Right.
