Hello Everyone Welcome to another travel Episode From the beautiful State of Andhra Pradesh. Today i will share with you the glimpse of my travel journey to one of the twelve Jyotirlingas of Shiva and as one of the eighteen Shakti Pithas, centres of the Hindu Goddess. Sri Bhramaramba Mallikarjuna Temple, Srisailam, Andhra Pradesh. The temple is about 200Km from the Hyderabad city. You can visit the temple in a single day which takes about 4-5 hrs to reach here. you can travel either by State Transport or by your own vehicle. When Lord Shiva and Mata Parvati decided to find suitable brides for their sons. Shiva got Buddhi (intellect) and Siddhi (spiritual power) married to Ganesha. Kartikeya on his return was enraged and went away to stay alone on Mount Krauncha in Palani in the name of Kumara brahmachari. On seeing his father coming over to pacify him, he tried to move to another place, but on the request of the Devas, stayed close by. The place where Shiva and Parvati stayed came to be known as Srisailam. Felt really Blessed to visit my 2nd Jyotilinga. 10 more to go... Thank you for watching!
