This is a great energizing exercise to play with people who don’t know each other that well yet. Let’s give these variations a try: 1.   During the game round, you can instruct the participants to only announce  characteristics based on personality. This will make the game round more in-depth. 2.   You may not want to play during the game in the last part of the exercise. If that is the case, before you start the second part of the exercise, you can remove a chair and tell one of the participants to stand in the center of the circle.
