This village is situated at a distance of fifteen kilometers from Bhupalsagar by road. The cultural identity of this village has been given by the people of the Chhipa caste here through this art called Dabu Print. We can see the various shades of the traditional handicraft of this caste in the daily life of this village. Gopal Chhipa, who is a good worker of Dabu art, says in a conversation that a few hundred years ago the Rathora queen of Mewar had settled people of the Chhipa caste on the banks of the Badach river. Presently there are more than 200 families of Chhipa caste settled here out of which half of the families are associated with this ancestral business. Due to the contemporary problems of this workmanship, we felt that the interest of the new generation towards this cottage industry is decreasing. All these colors are obtained from nature like jaggery, pomegranate bark, sakur, kesula, harda, har singar, gum, kocha turmeric, majitha, catechu, ratanjot, iron rust, soil, cow dung, multani, khakhra leaves, chhabri Alum, soda, sastic, elizar, indigo and naphthol are also used along with vegetable dyes such as leaves and ocher.
