They meet me exactly where I am, whether I'm numb or crying or just... still. It's as if the Handpan provides space for all the mess, all the sadness, without me always having to sort it out. I sometimes don't know if it heals me or just helps me survive - maybe both. But I do know that I am grateful for it in a way I can't fully express.
