Thanking The Potteries Museum & Art Gallery for letting me film in their Spitfire gallery and for being great people! So my home city of Stoke On Trent in the UK is famous for a couple of things, one of them being that the designer of the Spitfire (Reginald Mitchell) was from here. As I say plenty of times i'm really proud of where i'm from and I wanted to incorporate this piece of history with my passion for trance and dance music in general. With this mix I tried to tread the line between still adhering to my sound whilst also paying tribute sonically to the plane (note the Oppenheimer samples on Aaron Hibell's track at the beginning). A combination of euphoric moments symbolising the theme of flight and some darker & harder moments to symbolise war. I hope i've done it justice and hope you enjoy!
