In this video, we tackle multiple cleaning projects at a historic home built in 1915, located on a corner lot. This house presented unique challenges, from slimy, unsafe sidewalks caused by a relocated bubbler to rust stains from the iron in the sprinkler system pipes. Here's how we handled each job: House Soft washing: We safely cleaned the home using #downstreaming and a low-pressure rinse, protecting the delicate surfaces of this century-old house. Rust Removal: The sidewalks were treated with Pink Power rust remover from Ameritech to effectively eliminate the rust stains caused by the iron pipes in the sprinkler system. Awning Cleaning: The awning received a thorough wash, using a mild sodium hypochlorite mix to clean it up. We spot-treated the heavy lichen buildup with a stronger 50/50 mix for maximum effectiveness. Pool Cage & Deck Cleaning: We used a 12GPM pressure washer to rinse the pool cage after applying our cleaning solution via the downstream injector.
