This song has meant so much to me for so long. It has accompanied me on my journey of faith throughout my life. I have sung it in happiness, I have screamed the words in anger when I didn't understand why trials had to happen, I have repeated them when I was afraid and alone, I have sobbed them on my saddest days. Yet at the end, I always feel strengthened. I can now testify that the Gentle Savior WILL lead us - in each of our personal journeys of faith.
