S3-E1: Welcome to your METAMORPHOSIS!

We are all absolutely drowning in information and advice, jumping frantically from one 6 week course to the next, one podcast to the next, one book to the next. Our phones full of screenshots of advice from social media, recipes, workouts, astrology tips, supplements and on and on endlessly. Maybe this other person will have the answers? Maybe that new book, maybe that retreat, maybe that guru? We are all absolutely STARVING for our own wisdom. We have lost our trust in ourselves, lost our ability to tune into our own self for answers. Forgotten what it feels like to be safe and calm within our own self, undistracted and uncluttered. Forgotten the extraordinary power and wisdom of our bodies, our outrageous capacity for strength and devotion. Metamorphosis is a place to turn inwards to your own cocoon. To disengage from all of the noise and learn to start hearing your own self again, your own ‘knowing’. To actually learn to stay in the cocoon, not running from one thing to the next endlessly. To learn to sit with dissolving and rebuilding, even though it is uncomfortable. To transform, to be reborn, to grown your own wings and know that you can fly. Here’s to our metamorphosis! ꩜ Holding your cocoon is my area of expertise and my greatest passion in life.
