The Mixing Tank Consists of Stirrer with Motor .Transfer Pump is provided to Pump the Oil to the Mixing Tank .A funnel is also provided to fill Powder to the Tank. By switching the Motor ,the powder & Oil Gets Mixed and solvent cement can be prepared. Another Filling tank is set up for Filling Solvent Cement in Tins using Filling Machines . The Solvent Cement is Transferred to Filling Tank By means of Gravity. Solvent Cement can be Filled in Tins in Correct quantity from 25 ml to 1Liter using Different Filling Machines(VLM1,VLM111.VLM1V) according to the Needs . Tin Cap Sealing Machine is used to Tighten the Caps of Tins .(Machine Similar to our plastic Cap sealing machine ).
