In this video I break down my latest 400m track session featuring reducing recoveries — a tough but rewarding workout that pushed me physically and mentally. I stepped into the C group, paced at 26 seconds per 100m, and completed the full 14 reps (even though the session minimum was 12). Recoveries dropped from 60 seconds all the way to zero, making this one of my hardest sessions since returning to consistent training. I also open up about my recent scan results, which showed minor changes in the T2 signal. It’s been weighing heavily on me and has made the last few weeks mentally challenging.
