This is my version of Vietnamese grilled lemongrass pork chops... it will have all the full flavor that we hold dear to on this dish.. But I change it from white rice to wild rice and instead of pickle veggies, I did it with a little Asian flare, also it will be oven roasted veggies instead … please like and subscribe and also follow for the next video.. thank you very much for watching. Pork chop marinate 7lb - 1.5 to 2 inch thick cut pork chop 2 stalks - lemongrass ( fine chopped ) 1 large - shallots ( chopped ) 4 cloves - garlic (chopped ) 1/3 cup - honey 1/3 cup fish sauce ( three crab brand ) 6 tbsp. - oyster sauce 1/2 can 6oz - coconut water 1 bunch - green onion ( chopped ) 1 tsp - crushed red pepper Rice cooker 2 cup - wild rice 2.5 cup - chicken broth 2.5 cup - water salt and black pepper to taste Asian style roasted veggies 1 lb - baby dutch yellow potatoes ( cut in half ) 1lb - Brussel sprouts ( cut in half ) 8oz - bottom mushroom ( cut in half ) 1 - red bell pepper 1 - yellow bell pepper 3/4 - whole califlower ( cut bite size ) 1/2 - yellow onion ( slice ) Veggie marinate 3tsp - dried thyme 3tsp - dried rosemary 6tbsp - oyster sauce 1/4 cup - honey 1 tsp - salt and black pepper set oven at 400*F sauce for pork left over marinate.. put that in a small sauce pot and add 1/4 cup of heavy cream and let it reduce to thicken up a little bet.. about half way Song is by Little Mix and morissette Amon cover ( secret love song )
