This Guided Meditation is part of the Weekly practices provided by Dr. Joe Dispenza from his book: Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself. This meditation is part of the 4 Week program provided in the book, where as the first week was about learning the induction method and the second was about going within on a more personal level, this is the week where listeners commit to an active change. In WEEK 3 the listener is being guided through the winds of change. Here they are asked to "Observe" the patterns in their life, and "Remind" themselves who they no longer want to be. Afterwards the meditation goes over to "Redirecting" the listener into a new state of being. This is done by actively make a 'change'. It's a week that focuses on committing to change.
