How to Make Gold Hollow Spheres | Jewellery Making | Gold Smith Jack | Hollow Gold Balls Making In this video i am going to show you how to make gold hollow spheres. At first melt 0.73 gram pure gold 0.04 gram silver and 0.02 gram copper then turn it into 0.4 cm width flat wire in the flat rolling machine. The flat wire should be as thin as possible then cut it into square shape. Second turn all the square shape gold into curved form then put one curved gold on top of another fix both the curved pieces into one then apply borax on all the pieces. Maintaining the amount of fire depend upon the experience of gold smith so maintain medium amount of fire then take the gold pieces on a circular shape very thin iron wire then put it on the fire it will turn into spherical shape so when you notice the shape has changed then remove the sphere out of fire otherwise it will melt.
