On physical exam you may see Dance's sign or emptiness in the right lower quadrant, you may have a "sausage shaped" abdominal mass or commonly you may have a completely benign abdomen. The most sensitive imaging test to diagnose intussusception is ultrasound and cross sectional imaging should not be used as a first line diagnostic modality.
