A playthrough for the worst ending (H-Rank) in Luigi's Mansion for Nintendo 3DS. To make this more challenging, I decided that I'd not collect any money throughout the mansion either. The 5000G comes from King Boo's crown, which is automatically obtained after beating the final boss. This was honestly much easier than people make it out to be. You can get rid of coins that you accidentally collected by getting hit, and bills/gold bars only appear in treasure chests and furniture. The only thing that is somewhat tricky are the Portrait Ghost boss fights. They drop pearls, and each pearl is worth a significant amount of money. Luckily, you can exit and re-enter most rooms, or otherwise wait for the pearls to disappear. And as a cherry on top of the cake; Since you still have to collect 40 Boos, there are save points all throughout the mansion, so even if you mess up you can easily restart the game without losing much progress.
