2017 BMW i3 REx: The best all-round small EV?

This isn't the Dodge Hellcat. Or the Demon. It's the REx! The i3 (along with the i8) is the concept car that BMW produced to prove a point - that they have the cojones to make EVs interesting, not cost an arm and a leg, and be a blast to drive. And that you don't have to own a car that's generic-looking, inside and out. I got to spend a few days with an i3 w/ REx (Range Extender) and these are my impressions. QUICK JUMPS 00:34 - 01.
