Rolling Stone praised the short film in 2014 as “a powerful statement to deliver to personality-driven MTV” and included it on the list of Michael’s 20 greatest short films. “Man In The Mirror” is the fourth of five consecutive No.1 singles from the album making Michael the first artist to achieve this milestone.
