Be a good Feedback Giver! Be a good Feedback Taker! But what is a Feedback Giver? and what is a Feedback Giver? A good Feedback Giver is someone who provides useful, truthful, and constructive feedback. A good Feedback Giver is someone that adds value when providing feedback. I host many events during the year. I spoke on many stages in different countries: in the US in France, Portugal, Morocco, Algeria, and Tunisia for more than 10 years and I still ask for feedback. I still ask for feedback every single time. After each workshop, after every event I hos,t I still ask for feedback. This is not only helpful for me as a person to grow and become better and learn but it's also helpful for people I am training and for people who are attending my events. It’s useful because I'm using this feedback to make this experience better for attendees and to help them grow and have a better user experience. It’s absolutely necessary it's absolutely very important for you to listen to your attendees and participants' feedback. If you are a speaker or teacher or trainer or just someone who hosts events frequently make sure that you ask for feedback. Don't wait for people to provide their feedback spontaneously. Ask for feedback and push for feedback because this is so important for you to grow learn and make the learning experience for other people better and more entertaining! ==== Always ask for feedback! ==== Don’t be afraid if you have some negative feedback that’s fine! Nobody's perfect, nobody's expecting you to be perfect and we know that no event is perfect. This is the point of having feedback and listening to people’s feedback. It will certainly make you a better speaker, a better version of you, and a better host as well. If you know how to listen, how to adapt, how to adjust to people's feedback you will GROW! Make sure not to take it personally in case you have any negative feedback. I consider it my way of contributing to make the world a better place!
