In this video shows the white light flashing twice here is the reason why and how to fix it. 1. The holder got into Auto cleaning state mode and shows flashing white light twice it also show the same flashing if you put in back into the charging case while the lid is still open as you can see in the video if you close the lid the holder will start to burning whatever left in it to ashes the holder will keep flashing and the charging case will show it as normal charging status 2. To fix it simply just put the holder back into the charging case then the charging case will do the rest for you. Q : Why Auto cleaning process needed you to put the holder in the charging case and force you to close the lid?? A : This is for safety reasons when both charging case and holder gone into cleaning state, the holder will burn ashes by using higher temperature than the normal working state (You can see the smoke came out from the top of the blade the temperature of this cleaning process could burn a tiny piece of paper or any flammable objects if it touch the blade) So charging case force you to close the lid to prevent anything get into it and cause fire 😉 Q : How do I know when it needs to be clean A : In this case is the Automatic cleaning mode it will happens every 20 cigarettes Q : How do they know how many cigarettes I have smoked A : The charging case has a trigger to count how many fully charged has been done Here is the link to see the trigger inside the charging case   / 2186599784986004   (please see the flashing light carefully there is so many types of white light blinking) *In the other case that the white light is blinking not flashing this means the heating blade is cracked but still in shape more detail about this will be in next video.
